Alan Kaplan, Founder
During his 20 years in the community engagement field, Alan worked as a strategist on some of the trickiest and most challenging non-partisan campaigns and civic initiatives in the country.
His lived experience as a Jewish refugee from the Soviet Union informs his understanding of community engagement strategy, and his time as an organizer, director, and strategist means he knows how to plan it out and make it work.
Alan started the Community Action Lab after seeing a strong need for an adaptable and comprehensive strategy, data, and technology company with a community connection.
